Within a week of discovering that my A/C was leaking fluid, Able Air had replaced coils and installed my new unit. Mike came to discuss repairs versus replacement. The reason that so many people have given Able Air a 5 star rating was underscored for me when Mike said, "in good conscience I can't charge for servicing a unit that will be replaced." Crediting a service call on my old A/C might be minor compared to replacement costs, but sometimes small things go a long way to instill confidence in the varsity of a company and its owner. So also can those a company employs and Able Air has chosen it's staff well. The service tech, André, and the installation team of Martin and Steve were knowledgable, efficient, timely and personable. The office staff kept me well appraised of appointment times and payment options were seamless. The cost of the new unit was comparable if not better than the competition. 5*...Andre (with the beautiful eyes) came today to give me a peace of mind about the furnace room and it's temperature. He checked both the furnace from the inside and the combustion system from the outside to ensure that they were all in working order.

After getting 3 other quotes, I met Cyrus the owner. He was very professional and down to earth to answer questions honestly. He stood behind his word and his workmanship. He came to our home twice to ensure that we were 💯% confident in our decision for both AC and furnace installation.
He arranged for the duct cleaning at a lower cost to ensure everything was clean before new equipment install.
The crew (Waheed,Frank, Winston) came on time and were very professional and polite. They ensured that no dirt was dragged in from the outside by protecting our carpets. Sean (Shaun?) and Jim installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us today. We couldn't be more satisfied. The price was far better and more trustworthy than its competitor. The installation was very efficient and Sean and Jim left the basement cleaner than they found it! Sean also explained the differences between the new furnace and the old. Early this summer our 26 yr old AC, Air Exchange and furnace began to fail and we decided to replace the entire system. We secured quotes from 4  name brands. Able Air was by far the most responsive offering sound technical explanations, a superior warranty and a competitive price. We selected the Amana heat pump paired with a modulating furnace, air exchange unit, high efficiency air filter all controlled by the Amana Smart Thermostat.
Removal of the old system and installation of the new equipment by ABLE techs Martin and Steve went very well.

Had an issue with my previous unit installed by a different company. Called Able based on recommendation, they came out, checked out the unit, provided multiple options including repair, replacement, with detailed quotes and recommendations.

Decided to replace the aging unit instead of putting money into repair. They got it done the same week, extremely efficient, friendly service. Ehsan and Scy were clean, tidied up after, explained everything to me, and did a great job.

He was right on time, very knowledgeable and professional, and did a thorough job of not only servicing our furnace, but also educating us along the way. The first time was for an AC issue—they sourced the replacement part and had it ready the very next day, saving me a ton of downtime in the heat. More recently, I called them for a fireplace inspection. They managed to fit me into their schedule within the same week, and the technician actually showed up early. He was thorough, professional, and had the full inspection report completed within 10 to 15 minutes.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Able. After a day of helping move my daughter we came home to find that the central air had stopped working. Nicole and the business owner were able to get a technician out early the next morning to get it up and running while parts are being ordered. Thank you to the technician Chris for explaining everything that you were doing in great detail and cooling our home so that we could be comfortable especially with a 3 month old in the home. Came out on a Sunday morning of the long weekend and for once didn’t make me feel like I was ruining someone’s long weekend. Had the team come in today to replace the whole system while I was at work and they did an amazing job replacing everything from the furnace to all the piping and lines required and did a fantastic job not leaving a trail behind them with the cleanup. Called Able to get a second opinion on my AC. Previous HVAC company told me I should replace the whole AC unit as the compressor was shot.

Andre, the Able tech, saw right away that I just needed a new run capacitor. It's working great now and he saved me thousands of dollars.
