Navien’s patented ComfortFlow® system is the first to include a buffer tank, recirculation pump and fine-tuned controls into a tankless water heater, resolving the cold-water sandwich effect* and issues of minimal flow rates commonly found in other tankless water heaters.

* The “cold-water sandwich effect” is the undesired introduction of cold water into the hot water supply line on occasions of frequent on/off operations. (Measure Guideline : Transitioning to a Tankless Water heater, DOE, Sept.2012).

The built-in recirculation pump allows the NPE-A2 to recirculate water either through an external recirc line or through existing supply lines while using NaviCirc®, without the need for external pumps or controls.

Cascading up to 32 units and common vent up to 12 units

With Navien’s Ready-Link® cascading technology, when a unit gets up to 80% capacity the next unit will turn on to help meet requirements.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Within a week of discovering that my A/C was leaking fluid, Able Air had replaced coils and installed my new unit. Mike came to discuss repairs versus replacement. The reason that so many people have given Able Air a 5 star rating was underscored for me when Mike said, "in good conscience I can't charge for servicing a unit that will be replaced." Crediting a service call on my old A/C might be minor compared to replacement costs, but sometimes small things go a long way to instill confidence in the varsity of a company and its owner. So also can those a company employs and Able Air has chosen it's staff well. The service tech, André, and the installation team of Martin and Steve were knowledgable, efficient, timely and personable. The office staff kept me well appraised of appointment times and payment options were seamless. The cost of the new unit was comparable if not better than the competition. After getting 3 other quotes, I met Cyrus the owner. He was very professional and down to earth to answer questions honestly. He stood behind his word and his workmanship. He came to our home twice to ensure that we were 💯% confident in our decision for both AC and furnace installation.
He arranged for the duct cleaning at a lower cost to ensure everything was clean before new equipment install.
The crew (Waheed,Frank, Winston) came on time and were very professional and polite. They ensured that no dirt was dragged in from the outside by protecting our carpets. The price was far better and more trustworthy than its competitor. The installation was very efficient and Sean and Jim left the basement cleaner than they found it!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Early this summer our 26 yr old AC, Air Exchange and furnace began to fail and we decided to replace the entire system. We secured quotes from 4  name brands. Able Air was by far the most responsive offering sound technical explanations, a superior warranty and a competitive price. We selected the Amana heat pump paired with a modulating furnace, air exchange unit, high efficiency air filter all controlled by the Amana Smart Thermostat.
Removal of the old system and installation of the new equipment by ABLE techs Martin and Steve went very well.
