Cold climate wall mounted single zone system

A Daikin AURORA single zone system provides excellent heating capacity in cold climates and cooling capacity in warm climates. Wall mounted units can be controlled by the remote control or from your phone. Cooling past 115F – no problem! Heating below 0F – AURORA will keep you warm. Utilizing Daikin’s adaptive inverter technology, it will keep the space at optimal humidity levels even in those extreme temperatures.

Daikin AURORA can vary its airflow to meet heating or cooling demand in the room. Using Inverter Swing Compressor designed and patented by Daikin, this system maintains high efficiency in extreme cold or hot for years to come.

Energy Efficient – Up to 19.8 SEER2 | Up to 10 HSPF2 | Up to 12 EER2 | Up to 3.96 CoP for ultra-efficient cooling and heating operation and reduced operating costs compared to conventional lower-efficiency systems.
Advanced Filtration – Long life – washable filters.
Enhanced Capacity – Up to 100% Heating Capacity at 5°F (-15°C) and confirmed continuous operation as low as -13°F (-25°C) ambient temperature. Up to 100% Cooling Capacity at 104°F (40°C).
Program Dry allows humidity levels to be reduced.
Titanium Apatite Photocatalytic Air Purifying Filter – This filter combines the air-purifying filter and titanium apatite photocatalytic deodorizing filter in a single highly effective unit.
Hot Start. When the heating operation starts or when the unit changes from cooling to heating there is no cold draft.
Comfort Mode adjust the direction and airflow rate so that the air from the unit does not blow directly on the occupants of the room in cooling. When heating – the flap turns vertically downwards to drive warm air to the bottom of the room.
Pushing the POWERFUL button on the remote control gives you a boost in cooling or heating power for a 20-minute period – even if the unit is already operating at high capacity.

Our furnace's condensate pump had given up the ghost, presumably deciding that employment in the Canadian winter was no longer worth the effort. Phil arrived promptly, was courteous and knowledgeable, and fixed the problem with impressive efficiency. No theatrical sighing, no mysterious technical jargon designed to frighten the homeowner into bankruptcy, and no invoice comparible with the national debt of the United States of America.

Better still, Phil inspected the entire HVAC setup, measured the emissions, and offered sensible recommendations without attempting to sell me half the contents of a hardware store. Refreshingly honest, thoroughly professional, and blessedly free of bull. One suspects the moose on the logo personally vets the staff.

Even Baldrick could probably understand this level of service, although I wouldn't trust him to measure emissions without accidentally testing the exhaust from his own trousers.

Five stars. Phil knows his business, ABLE delivers on its promise, and the only bull in sight is the sort that gets trampled by a moose. Highly recommended!

Able Air did a great job in getting my Lennox HX warranty approved, get the part delivered quickly and do the replacement of HX and the testing very quickly. I should say all within a week. Chris from their team was great at explanation and processing the warranty whereas Phil the HVAC tech who came to do the actual job also did a great job and explained me everything.
