Phil was excellent, very knowledgeable but when it came down to the price I almost fell over. Your quote was $2400 I was able to contact the original contractor and he came later the same day fixed the problem and charged me $256 My air is running great now. Sorry but I don’t think I could honestly recommend Able air.

I had an emergency situation when my furnace died during freezing weather.  Martin and Phil, technicians from Able came out and did an amazing job installing both a new furnace and AC unit. We just had Phil from Able air-conditioning and heating perform our maintenance on our heat pump and furnace.
He arrived within the service window, sending a text when he was 10 minutes out. Upon arrival he introduced himself, was very friendly and got right to work.
He clearly knew what he was doing, had all the right tools, worked efficiently and was able to easily answer the few questions I had.
He even added a little idea that we could add a bit of vinegar to the condensate pump once in a while to ensure everything continued to run smoothly.
Thank you Phil for the professional service.

Previous service:
Josh just performed our annual furnace/heat pump maintenance. He actually initiated the booking vs me having to call.
Highly skilled and a great communicator. Willing and “able” to answer all my questions.
He also noticed that our thermostat could be adjusted slightly to put a little more work on the heat pump vs furnace during morning startup. This will save us a little money on gas. Good catch. This adjustment is something only he could do.
He also had high end tools which allowed him to check the refrigerant without having to open the system up to attach gauges. This eliminated the risk of letting air into the line or releasing refrigerant. I think I got that previous sentence right. The key point here is that he has the most effective tools to do the job right.
We were already very impressed with the install team when the system was put in and now an excellent service call will continue our respect for this fine company.
