Completed a no-heat service call. Cleaned the condensate drain line and primed the trap, restoring normal heating. Verified temperature rise was within the manufacturer’s specified range.
Furnace repair completed, Heat restored.
Completed furnace and heat pump tune-ups. Replaced the dirty air filter, cleaned the outdoor coil, raised and reworked the water heater vent termination to meet code requirements, and removed unused furnace vent piping. Both systems operating normally.
