Terms & Conditions: PREAUTHORIZED MONTHLY PAYMENT TERMS:

Authorization: By providing your banking or credit card details, you authorize ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC to withdraw from your bank account or charge your credit card the agreed upon amount for the services or products provided.

Recurring Payments: You agree that this authorization will constitute permission for ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC to set up recurring payments as outlined in the agreement or contract until the services are completed or the contract is terminated as per the agreed terms.

Notification of Changes: You agree to inform ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC promptly of any changes in your banking or credit card information, including but not limited to expiration date changes, account number changes, or card replacements.

Billing Disputes: If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the charges withdrawn from your bank account or made to your credit card, you agree to notify ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC in writing within a specified period, usually within 30 days of the charge.

Termination of Authorization: You have the right to revoke this authorization by providing ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC with written notice of termination. However, any obligations under the terms of service or contract must still be fulfilled as per the cancellation terms outlined.

Liability: ABLE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING INC shall not be held responsible for any fees, penalties, or charges imposed by your financial institution or credit card provider or financial institution resulting from the use of this authorization.

Governing Law: This authorization agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

COVERAGE PERIOD AND RENEWAL: The Initial term of the maintenance agreement is 1 year from the date of enrollment (the "Coverage Year"), except if/as specifically noted, in this document. Coverage will renew automatically each year on the anniversary of the enrollment date (the "Renewal Date") unless; (a) you have given Able Air Conditioning & Heating Inc written notice no later than 60 days before the "Renewal Date' that you do not wish to renew your coverage; or (b) Able Air Conditioning & Heating Inc has given you notice prior to the "Renewal Date” that your coverage will not be renewed by Able Air Conditioning & Heating Inc.

COVERAGE: The maintenance plan includes the following; (a) annual check-up and the cleaning of the elected equipment (b) The annual maintenance visits will be scheduled by Able Air Conditioning & Heating Inc (c) service call dispatch fee (d) hourly labour to replace a warranty part (e) warranty claim and shipping fees (f) any ancillary equipment such as humidifier, condensate pump or thermostat installed by Able Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. At anytime, Able Air Conditioning & Heating Inc, may modify these Term and conditions with prior and adequate notice to clients.

EQUIPMENT COVERED: You may elect coverage for individual units/component or systems as follows (unless otherwise excluded, in these terms and conditions). The coverage cost will vary depending upon your election.

EXCLUSIONS: The Plan does NOT cover Indoor air quality accessories, equipment using conversion burners, the conversion burner itself, water source heat pumps, natural gas-powered air conditioning, high velocity air conditioning units, compressors and heat exchangers.

CANCELLATION: No less than 60 days notice is required to cancel (a) If you cancel prior to the 'Renewal Date", any payments owing on the annual premium becomes due.

EXCLUDED COSTS: The plan does not cover the costs of problem diagnosis and service, repair, parts replacement or adjustment in circumstances where: (a) equipment has been turned off (b) the thermostat is not at the proper setting (c) the pilot light has been extinguished by someone other than an Able Air Conditioning and Heating Inc technician (d) the household electrical fuse or breaker required for the furnace/ac/heat pump is blown / tripped or turned off (e) repair or replacement is needed as the result of abuse, tampering, alterations, or repairs done by another technician not with Able Air Conditioning and Heating Inc.

MISCELLANEOUS: If you move, the plan will be cancelled at the current address and the monthly premiums paid in the current year can be applied towards a tune up at the new address if you haven’t used the tuneup at the current address.
