The Lennox SL22KLV Cold Climate Heat Pump is part of the Dave Lennox Signature® Collection and utilizes Lennox’s most advanced cold climate technology. A variable-speed compressor with Electronic Refrigerant Injection (ERI) adjusts energy use based on outdoor temperature — in colder conditions, the ERI boosts heating output efficiently, providing gas-furnace-like warmth at heat pump efficiency. Its innovative cabinet design features panels that fit securely to prevent noise and an easily removable louver panel for service access. A sound-dampening system with a precision-balanced direct-drive fan allows operation as quietly as 58 dB. Fully digital and designed to pair with the Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat, sensors in the equipment enable automatic system adjustments for temperature, humidity, and air quality. The SL22KLV is ENERGY STAR Most Efficient Cold Climate 2025 certified and uses R-454B, a 2025 EPA-compliant low-GWP refrigerant.
