I had a new heat pump installed. From the first email asking for a quote to the time the technician left they were easy and professional to deal with.

Recently I had to install brand new furnace and AC with the help of Able Air, and they did really good job from the very first stage - from our meeting with Mike where he clearly explained the problem and possible solutions. I might have been a bit annoying with several iterations of my questions, nevertheless Mike elaborated on all the options with clear details which I felt to be truthful and with common sense and I didn’t smell any BS. Provided quotes were reasonable. On the day of installation everything was done quickly and neatly. I liked how Martin and his colleague made all the wiring and silicone work, obviously the scope of work involved a lot more - but these are those little details which are visible on the surface.

Had a wonderful experience with Able Air Conditioning and Heating. Fast appointment, great service and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Had my fireplace, which had been unused for six years, operating in no time. Service Technician Dylan was very friendly and helpful. Offering tips for maintenance and cleaning my fireplace and he was warm and welcoming to my two pups who may have been a little too excited with his arrival. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Able and John for their reliable and professional service!
